Connor Wesley has already hit the six month mark – and those beautiful eyes he had as a newborn are as blue as they’ll ever be. Absolutely, stunningly blue.
Connor has changed so much since I saw him last September. His round face has filled out to nicely chubbed cheeks. His little button nose has grown a bit wider but still cute as ever. His hairline is more prominent and peaks in the middle of his forehead. And he smiles while he talks. David and Belinda, however, haven’t changed much because they’re still wearing permanent smiles and can’t get enough of this little baby of theirs.
I can’t blame them. Because Connor is the bees knees, my friends. And those eyes. Oh my word, THOSE EYES!
Connor didn’t know what to think at first. “Who is this lady? And what is that clicking noise? And why does she keep disappearing?” But after a while, his concern faded and he turned all his attention, and toothless grins, to mom and dad. AKA his biggest fans.
A favorite. I’m not sure why, but I love them on the floor together.
And peek-a-boo. You can’t go wrong with peek-a-boo.
I told you – those eyes are perfectly blue.
Another favorite. I can’t resist those mean mugs I get from little ones. Connor’s furrowed eyebrows are flawless.
Six months. So much change. Happy baby galore. I love it!
Belinda and David, being able to spend time with you guys and Connor again in your home was such a privilege. My heart always swells when I see parents let down their guard and “just be” with their kids. And you do just that with your little boy. He’s handsomely adorable and inquisitive as can be – thank you for sharing his six month milestone with me. And definitely keep up the good work – you’ll be rewarded with a full night’s sleep someday. ;) xoxo
